Previously, Mr. Babik spent 24 years in commercial and operational roles of increasing responsibility with both Lipo Chemicals, Inc., and Ruger Chemical Company. His most recent roles included director positions in procurement and marketing. Both companies are Vantage Specialty Chemical Businesses.
